Sale of Advance-purchase tickets for the PREMIER of the SUMMER INTERNATIONAL QUILT FESTIVAL/LONG BEACH ARE NOW ON SALE to ensure sufficient delivery time. Tickets will be available at the on-site box office.

All paid TICKET orders received prior to the JULY SIXTH cutoff date will be mailed out via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Verification no later than Wednesday, JULY NINTH. REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU ORDER, TICKETS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL ABOUT TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW DATE, and THERE IS NO REFUND ON TICKET ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN MAILED.

If you combine merchandise with tickets in a single transaction, the entire order will not ship until the tickets are available. If you wish, you can avoid any delay by ordering merchandise in a separate transaction.

Kindly note that this site is for ONLINE SALES ONLY. We do not accept telephone or mail orders. Payment on this webstore site is only by online credit card entry; no checks or cash can be accepted. Also, due to increased online fraud, your credit card company now will only approve orders where the BILL-TO mailing address you provide (particularly your ZIP Code) exactly matches your address as it appears on the paper credit card charge statement you receive in the mail. Your DELIVER-TO address may be different than BILL-TO address.

If you are ordering from OUTSIDE the US, this store website unfortunately does NOT process orders placed from International Addresses. TICKET ORDERS ONLY may be placed by customers with a NON-USA billing address on our international site, quilts.promoshop.com (NO "www.") which will accept your order and payment information. On the INTERNATIONAL SITE ONLY, attendees will receive special e-mailed instructions for On-Site Ticket Pick Up, which allows attendees to purchase tickets for a flat handling charge of $5.95US, and still avoid the long box office lines at the show venue.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS or TOUR, DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS! The Class/Tour registration fee you pay INCLUDES admission to the show floor, so you do not need to purchase admission tickets for anyone registered for a class or tour. You may register for classes, tours and other special events online through the www.quilts.com website. Simply select "View Class Catalog" (you will need to select a password if you don't already have one) to view all of the classes and events available. Please note that the Great Expectations Online web-store site you are now viewing is operated by a completely different company than the company that handles class registration. If you have an inquiry or problem regarding CLASS or TOUR REGISTRATION, the Registration Help Desk is open during the advanced-registration period from 9AM until Noon Central Time at 512-407-9185. This number is ANSWERED ONLY DURING THE PRE-REGISTRATION PERIOD as published on the official website www.quilts.com, and only from 9-Noon weekdays.

Great Expectations Online is the official web-based resource for Quilts, Inc. merchandise and advanced-purchase general-admission event tickets. You can return any product (other than tickets) you have purchased from the Great Expectations Online website in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of merchandise purchase price. Please note that Shipping and Handling can only be refunded if your order is canceled prior to our processing your mailing, and that returns must be in condition to be re-sold "like new", and sent with postage prepaid.
